NAGOYA BUZZ is an English-language guide to Nagoya: what's on, where to go, and who's doing what. It's written by people who live here, for people who live here. It is for those who call it home and for those experiencing it for the first time.
We publish in three forms. The newsletter goes out twice a month with events, new places and stories from around the city. The website carries the full stories, the events calendar and a growing City Guide covering neighborhoods, food, landmarks, getting around, shopping and day trips. Nagoya Buzz Quarterly is a free print guide with short introductions to each story and a QR code that leads to the full piece online.
We've been doing this a long time. NAGOYA BUZZ continues more than 30 years of publishing for Japan's international community, through THE ALIEN Magazine, Japanzine and NAGMAG. The format has changed over time, but the goal remains the same:
Helping people find their way around this city and connecting our community.
We will continue to be upfront with our readers. Our goal is reliable and sustainable engagement. If anything on our pages is ever sponsored (print or digital) it will be clearly labeled as such.
