Nagoya’s longest-running international art show turns 40 this year. The Foreign Artists Exhibition (FAE) returns to the Nagoya International Center with a week of painting, photography, ceramics, sculpture, and digital/mixed media—all in a friendly, drop-in setting that’s free to explore.

Come any day, wander the three exhibition rooms, chat with artists, and soak up the anniversary atmosphere. The final day closes early, with a short closing ceremony on Sun, Nov 2 at 17:00.

Access

NIC is a quick hop from Nagoya Station. The closest subway stop is Kokusai Center Station on the Sakuradori Line (one stop from Nagoya). Exit 2 connects directly into the venue’s basement; follow signs to the 4th-floor Exhibition Hall.
