Nagoya Buzz wants to help you spread the word!

We’re always looking for exciting stories, events, creative projects, and personal experiences from our local community. Whether you’re hosting an event, running a community group, showcasing art or music, or sharing your unique experiences about life in Nagoya and Japan, we want to hear from you.

We’re Looking For...

1. Events & Gatherings

Are you organizing an event that brings people together? We love covering:

• Cultural Festivals & Traditional Ceremonies
• Live Performances & Community Gatherings
• Workshops, Art Exhibitions, Food & Drink Events, Sports, and Educational Meetings

For event submissions, please include:

• Event name, date, time, and location
• The schedule or program details and a brief description of what to expect
• Ticket/entry information
• Any unique features that make your event special
• A note if you have promotional images available (please do not attach files now)

2. Community Groups

If you’re running a community group or organizing regular meetups, let us help you connect with like-minded people!

For community group submissions, please share:

• What your group does and what makes it unique
• When and where you meet
• How new members can join
• Who your group is intended for

3. Art & Music

Are you an artist or musician looking to showcase your work? We’re interested in:

• Digital Exhibitions (Art):
  Submit your artist statement, exhibition concept, and any technical requirements for digital display. (We’ll follow up with a request for examples of your work.)
• Musicians & Performers:
  Tell us your story, share information about upcoming gigs, and let us know if you have any samples or media available. (We’ll get in touch to request performance videos, band photos, or music samples.)

4. Personal Experiences & Local Stories

Some of our best content comes from the unique perspectives of our community members. Whether you’re writing about your favorite local spots, hidden gems, cultural experiences, travel tips, or creative writing inspired by Nagoya, we’d love to feature your voice.

For personal story submissions, please provide:

• A brief outline of your proposal (favorite local spots, hidden gems, cultural experiences, short stories, reviews)
• Any key details that help us understand your perspective
• A note if you have related photos or media (again, please do not attach files now)

Whether you want to promote an event, share your creative work, document local culture, inspire others, or share your ideas, your voice matters to us.
